Not a good experience. We were kept waiting at Tortugas Beach for almost two hours, but the tour started 20 minutes longer than planned. During that wait time, Tortugas Beach wasn't one of the prettiest beaches in Cozumel. We also didn't spend much time snorkeling and had a problem with the mask and snorkel, and no one helped me, so we wasted all our snorkeling time at Cielo. We then went to Cielito and were there for a very short time, not even half an hour. I recommend spending less time at Tortugas Beach and more time at Cielito next time.

The organization was excellent, and the support was pleasant. It was totally worth the price considering the places visited and the amenities included.
