The cenotes are beautiful. We had Erick as our guide, and he did a great job. He helped my friend in the cave cenotes. Everyone was very nice, thank you ?

You waste a lot of time on your connections and the tour at the Turtle House only lasts 1 hour and the promised car never arrived. I will not buy your tour again nor would I recommend it. Also, your visit to the villa takes twenty minutes.

Very good attention and coordination for the Casa Tortuga Tour, the cenotes in this place are very beautiful, it's a shame that we didn't have enough time to enjoy them, we would have liked to stay longer, the last Kuxtal cenote wasn't very beautiful

Hello, the truth is not very good, we spent many hours to get to our destination. We left at seven thirty in the morning and we only got to our first destination at twelve thirty. All the time they were trying to sell us something, going around in circles and not saying things up front. If you were not paying attention they tried to get money from you. They stopped and didn't say what they stopped for. They didn't say how much we had until we got to the place, etc. And to vary it, we arrived in Playa del Carmen late and that way we only had half an hour to walk along Fifth Avenue, which obviously isn't much.
