The excursion in general was perfect, the guide Roberto is a genius, very attentive to everything, giving 100% to everyone. The Cenote is spectacular, the food service is very good and the place too. The only thing to improve is the lifting experience. They told us to a place (Congo Bongo) at an hour and he arrived 15 minutes later and told us that it was actually three blocks further, along Constituciónntes Avenue.

The tour in general was very good, but the guide's demand for us to leave a tip seemed to me to be in very bad taste. In any case, they should have informed them before the tour to be prepared. In our case, we spent the money we had on souvenirs and drinks, so we no longer had any money left. When we went down we said thank you and the guide (older man) said "these poor people". We found it totally disrespectful which ruined the overall experience of the tour.
