The tour was excellent; the guys on the catamaran were very attentive and friendly. Honestly, the food at the park left much to be desired; it wasn't very good. The photos are beautiful, but I understand it's a tourist area, and the prices are extremely high. Aside from that, the dolphin experience and the trip were perfect.

We loved swimming with dolphins the most and all the staff were very friendly.

Everything was fine, except for one unsympathetic young man on the staff. He wasn't the one who entertained us. In fact, he was a young man who wasn't coming on the return trip. I don't think he should be working in customer service.

Very bad organization, the truth is that the boat almost left us. The sales girl didn't answer my messages or her phone. In addition, she assigned me a girl whose name was Tania and I never saw her arrive. The truth is I am very disappointed. Tomorrow I have another tour with you and for paying online the remaining balance they want to apply 5% and I don't think it's fair since yesterday I had to pay more than I should have so that my group could enjoy.
