The excursion was good, but I would change things. They give you very little time at the cenote, and the main attraction, which is what you pay for—Chichen Itza—they take you when they're already closing, so you can't explore it properly. They rush you out 15 minutes after you arrive. I would recommend spending less time at the Mayan community and more time at the other attractions.

The tour, guides, and staff were excellent. However, the registration process and payment took far too long; it essentially took two hours before the tour could even begin, which is extremely valuable time for tourists.

It's worth the price; they deliver on everything they promise, and the guides' service is excellent. Mr. Florencio is very knowledgeable, as is Mr. Miguel. Just be careful at mealtimes because some people eat like it's their last day on earth.

The places are very good, it's what I expected, but the bus is terrible, the whole trip I had to endure the smell of urine from the bathroom and the hosts don't let you rest because they are selling

I really enjoyed the cenote, but I didn't have much time to enjoy it. I'd have spent more time at the cenote and not gone to Valladolid. The guide was also very knowledgeable.
