As an improvement, the provider should give more information about what the tour will consist of, what will be done, and suggest bringing an umbrella or being prepared for such strong sun. Also, it is unacceptable that they do not allow water bottles inside, and the Tulum letters belong to a restaurant; that is, the $2 cost was only for stopping the car there. And the restrooms at the cenote did not meet minimum sanitary standards.

I liked it. It's a shame Tulum was flooded with sargassum. It would be good if they indicated the likelihood of sargassum to avoid a bad experience.

The rating is due to several points: 1- the place where we stopped to eat did not have a menu with drink prices and they changed the prices after we made our choice 2- the guide did not accompany us inside the Tulum ruins and we would have preferred the explanation before entering rather than after. However, although the information was interesting, he tried to convince us to hire a Mayan astrological chart before entering the ruins and that went on for too long
