Excellent, I just wish they had picked us up earlier so we could have entered the park first thing in the morning, as we entered at almost 11 am.

Initially, it's difficult to contact them as there's no immediate response. They can take up to a day to reply. I had a good experience and follow-up because after several attempts, one of their agents, named Yuli, contacted me, and through her I booked the tour.
